Mr. Jackson

I refer to the answer given by my right hon. Friend to my hon. Friend the Member for Thurrock (Mr. Janman) on 18 April at column 292, in which he announced the intention to conduct a fact-finding survey of student services and the links between local student unions and the National Union of Students. He also indicated that he would be glad to receive any information or suggestions which interested parties might wish to put forward. Beyond that, no formal invitation to submit evidence has been issued to either body mentioned.
