§ Mr. EggarWe believe that the Soviet Union has withdrawn about half its troops from Afghanistan since the Geneva agreement. But Soviet forces are still taking aggressive military action there and have recently introduced more advanced weaponry. We look forward to the complete and prompt withdrawal of the remaining Soviet troops.
