§ Mr. PortilloThe installation of miniature warning light level crossings is governed by strict criteria issued by the Department in the published "Railway Construction and Operation Requirements—Level Crossings". These requirements are under constant review in the light of experience and the development of safety practices. We see no need to amend the current provisions in the light of the sheriff's recommendations.
