To ask the Minister for the Arts how many representations he has received on the Government's Green Paper on libraries.

I have received about 7,100 responses, including ones from 103 library authorities.

at Penllwyn. It is hoped that a start can be made within three years but this will depend on the completion of statutory procedures and the availability of finance.
