§ Mrs. CurrieNo information is collected centrally on the origin of premises now used as residential care homes. However, this is one of the subjects being examined in a survey of residential and nursing homes which we have commissioned from the personal social services research 269W unit, university of Kent, and the centre for health economics, university of York, the report of which will be published later this year.
