§ Mr. Ron DaviesTo ask the Secretary of State for Wales what is the number of water pollution incidents recorded for each of the last three years in Wales.
§ Mr. GristThe Welsh water authority's annual water quality report shows the reported water pollution incidents for the years 1984–85, 1985–86 and 1986–87 were 1,418, 1,681 and 1,619 respectively.
The report for 1987–88 is expected to be issued in the near future.
