§ Mr. Home RobertsonTo ask the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will seek to obtain information from building societies and local authorities about the incidence of mortgage defaults in each district and islands area in Scotland, together with information about the causes of this problem and arrangements made for rehousing the people concerned.
