To ask the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food if he will make a statement on progress on negotiations relating to the Channel Islands with particular regard to the right of Channel Islands—registered fishing vessels to operate within(a) British waters, and (b) EEC waters.

There are no negotiations to change the rights of such vessels.
