To ask the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will outline the reasons for the United relevant years. The Department also operates schemes for providing revenue support to housing associations; assisting companies and other organisations with the cost of reclaiming derelict land; assisting with the provision of water supply and sewerage in assisted areas; and assisting statutory water companies with civil defence costs. The list excludes organisations in receipt of local authority or non departmental public body contributions supported by grant from the Department.
