§ Mr. KirkwoodTo ask the Secretary of State for Social Services if he will make it his policy that responses received to consultative documents issued by his Department be made publicly available by placing them in his Department's library, except where the respondent has specifically asked that this not be done; and if he will arrange for this procedure to be made clear when future consultative documents are issued.
§ Mr. MooreI am not planning to make special arrangements in this regard. Organisations which respond to consultative documents are of course free to publicise their replies as they see fit.
