§ Mrs. RoeNo specific capital allocations have been given to those local authorities co-operating with neighbourhood revitalisation services in setting up agency services schemes. The Department's regional controllers take the establishment of the NRS scheme into account in exercising their discretion over housing investment programme allocations.
