To ask the Secretary of State for Transport what plans he has to light the junction of the M1 and the M6.

A recent assessment has indicated that the extension of lighting on the M1 from junction 17 at Watford Gap to, and including, the M1-M6 interchange at Catthorpe (junction 19) is justified. The timing of its installation has still to be determined.
