§ Mr. Ian StewartA United Kindom delegation will be visiting the Soviet military chemical facility at Shikhany from 30 June to 4 July. This will be the second part of the exchange of visits between the Chemical Defence Establishment, Porton Down, and Shikhany. Any assessment of the merits of further exchanges should await the outcome of that visit.
