§ Mr. FlynnTo ask the Secretary of State for Wales if he will publish the totals of new private homes(a) started and (b) completed in each local district council area in Wales in each year since 1974 and the estimated totals for the next fives years.
§ Mr. GristThe required information on private housing starts and completions from 1974 to 1986 is published in "Local Housing Statistics" copies of which are available in the Library of the House.
Data for 1987 are given in the following table.
Forecasts of housing provision in different tenure categories are not made by the Department.
