§ Mr. MoynihanThe Government's expenditure plans for 1989–90 make provision for an allocation of £19.535354W million to support the Countryside Commission's programme, which includes the enjoying the countryside initiative. Any changes to these plans will be announced by my right hon. Friend the Chancellor of the Exchequer in his Autumn Statement.
