To ask the Secretary of State for Scotland how many people aged up to 16 years have used dental services paid in full or in part by the National Health Service for each year since 1975.

(2) how many people over the age of 21 years have used dental services paid in full or in part by the National Health Service for each year since 1975;

(3) what is the cost to the National Health Service in 1988 terms, for each year since 1975, of dental services given to people (a) aged up to 16 years, (b) between the age of 16 to 21 years and (c) over the age of 21 years.
