To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs when he will next be attending a European Council of Ministers meeting; and what subjects he expects to discuss.

I expect to attend the next Foreign Affairs Council in Luxembourg on 13–14 June. The agenda includes items on Community financing, the Lomé convention, food aid, dates for next year's European Parliament elections and relations with CMEA and EFTA countries.
