To ask the Secretary of State for Employment whether he has any plans to improve the services provided by his Department for disabled people.

Mr. Lee

As announced by my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for the Environment during the debate on the Local Government Bill on Wednesday 9 March,Official Report, column 346, I am reviewing the policies and programmes that my Department supports for disabled people. Plans for improvements to services will be developed in the light of this review.
