§ Mr. FreemanI refer the hon. Member to the reply I gave on 18 May, at column 509, listing byelaws made under the Military Lands Act 1892 since May 1979. All these were extant on 1 July although the RAF Greenham Common Byelaws 1985 and the RAF Fylingdales byelaws are currently sub judice.
