To ask the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland how many representations he has received on the draft Housing (Northern Ireland) Order 1988; and if he will make a statement.

During the consultation period on the proposal for a draft Housing (Northern Ireland) Order, submissions were received from 58 organisations and individuals. I also met representatives from four of the main voluntary organisations concerned with homeless-ness to discuss their views.
