To ask the Secretary of State for Social Services what is the present estimated costs of the complete rebuilding of St. George's hospital, Tooting; and if he will make a statement.

Including building, engineering, fees and equipment, the cost of rebuilding phases I, II, IIA and IIG2 and F of St. George's hospital, Tooting, with the new accident and emergency unit currently under construction, is £125.5 million.
