§ The Attorney-GeneralThe advantages and disadvantages of using Scottish house purchase procedures in England and Wales were recently considered fully by the conveyancing standing committee at the Law Commission. Such procedures are available for use in England and Wales without the need for amending legislation. The committee has produced an explanatory guide for conveyancers and their clients showing how such procedures may be used.
