§ Mr. JannerTo ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department how many complaints the Police Complaints Authority has received during the last 12 months for which records are available; and how many and what percentage of such complaints are from people known to belong to ethnic minorities.
§ Mr. Douglas HoggIn the 12 months to 30 June 1988 the authority dealt with 12,347 complaints. The ethnic origins of complainants are not known.
