To ask the Minister for the Arts if he will pay an official visit to Stoke to discuss funding for the arts in the midlands.

Mr. Luce

I have no immediate plans to visit Stoke-on-Trent. Funding for the arts in the midlands is the responsibility of the Arts Council and the West Midlands and East Midlands Arts Associations.
