To ask the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland whether a repair grant has now been approved for the dwelling at 64 Main road, Cloughey; and when this dwelling was constructed.

This is a matter for the Northern Ireland Housing Executive but I am advised by the chairman of the executive that an application for repairs grant in respect of 64 Main road, Cloughey, was approved by the executive in March 1988. In the course of processing the application, the executive was led to believe that the dwelling was constructed before 1957 and, therefore, qualified for consideration for grant-aid. It subsequently transpired that the dwelling was constructed in 1964.
