To ask the Secretary of State for Scotland whether he has reviewed his decision to remove the international travel grant from the Scottish Chess Association.

In the special circumstances applying this year I have decided to offer the Scottish Chess Association a grant towards the cost of sending competitors to the World Olympiad and to the World Junior Championship.
