The decision not to call in the planning application in respect of the Limehouse link road proposal was taken after consideration of all relevant matters and of all representations made to the planning authority and to my Department. The Limehouse link would not be a trunk road, but would be a distribution road within docklands, constructed and owned by the LDDC.
