§ Mr. MaudeNo. The professions on which three fact-finding studies are under way were selected from a wide range of professions, including solicitors, whose concerns about liability are well known to the Government. The results of the current studies will enable us to make an informed decision as to how serious the problems are and whether further consideration or action is needed, both for the professions now being studied and for others.
