§ Mr. David MitchellI have received a number of letters from Members of Parliament, private individuals and others concerning Dial-a-Ride. I have made it clear that as there is evidence that current resources are not in all cases being used cost-effectively, decisions on future levels of funding must depend on further efficiency improvements by some Dial-a-Ride organisations.
