§ Mrs. RoeThe information is given in the table. The revenue costs do not include the cost of repaying capital, for which detailed figures are not available, but rents under this scheme are normally set at the levels necessary to cover borrowing costs and costs of future major repairs. The units are expected to become available for letting from April onwards.
