§ Mr. RentonRefunds are available when two licences are held of which one was obtained in error; when a unexpired monochrome licence is surrendered for a colour licence; and when a licence is surrendered within 28 days of its issue (or due date of issue in cases of renewal). We have no plans to extend these arrangements.
