Mr. Galbraith

To ask the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will(a) list the number of staff in whole-time equivalents in each main category of staff for whom general practitioners are entitled to claim reimbursement for part of their salaries under the ancillary staff scheme, (b) give the average cost per whole-time equivalent of the reimbursement to unrestricted principals in general practice for each category of staff and (c) give the breakdown of these figures for each health board; and if he will make a statement.
