Mr. Hanley

To ask the Secretary of State for Social Services what has been the estimated population for each of the last 10 years for(a) the South West Thames regional health authority area, (b) the North West Thames regional health authority area, (c) Richmond, Twickenham and Roehampton district health authority area and (d) Hounslow and Spelthorne district health authority area; and what estimates are available for the future.

The latest available information is given in the table. Population projections based upon the mid 1985 estimates have been produced for each year up to 2010. The projected figures for a selection of years are given in the table.
