To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs why Her Majesty's Government were not represented at a meeting of eight Commonwealth Foreign Ministers in Lusaka on 1 February, to consider and review existing sanctions against the apartheid regime in South Africa.
