§ Mr. Kenneth ClarkeI am actively seeking semi or newly retired people to serve as enterprise counsellors to conduct business reviews for small and medium-sized firms under the consultancy elements of the new enterprise initiative. A national recruitment campaign has already attracted many applicants, and I expect that 200 additional enterprise counsellors will be appointed as a result.
