§ Mr. ScottThe numbers of complaints of alleged discrimination against disabled people referred to the Department in each of the last three years were as follows:
Numbers 1985 Two 1986 none 1987 Four Of those six complaints, in one case there was no evidence of discrimination; in two cases we requested further information from the complainant but received no response; one complaint was resolved in favour of the complainant during the course of our inquiries; and two cases are still outstanding.
