§ Mr. ChannonI have today placed a copy of British Rail's response in the Library of the House. In making its initial response to the Monopolies and Mergers Commission report in February, British Rail accepted all of the commission's recommendations and set out the action it intended to take. I welcome the steps British Rail has already taken in implementing those recommendations and will continue to monitor progress.
