§ Mr. SquireTo ask the Secretary of State for the Environment when he will announce the date for the implementation of the proposals first published in March 1983, under the title "Report of the Standing Technical Committee on Water Regulations on its proposals for a New Model Water Byelaws", subsequently confirmed as the model in June 1986.
§ Mr. MoynihanI shall make an announcement as soon as I have given full consideration to representations received following public advertisement last year of the new byelaws made by water undertakers.
