§ Mr. MoynihanThe building of the dry stone wall around Thorpe hall, Peterborough is funded by the city council as part of its community programme, with the Manpower Services Commission. No grant aid for the wall has been given by English Heritage or by the Department. Inquiries on the cost of the project should therefore be made to Peterborough city council.
