§ Mr. Alan ClarkThe level of United Kingdom-Togolese trade is relatively low (in 1987 United Kingdom imports were £2.6 million; United Kingdom exports were £15.4 million), reflecting Togo's current economic difficulties. However, the country remains a useful market for British exporters and it is hoped that our trading links can be maintained and developed.
