Mr. Cohen

To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department what access(a) police officers, and (b) Government agencies have to copies or originals of (i) computerised logs of telephone calls kept at new digital exchanges, and (ii) computerised logs of calls kept at individual switchboards.
