To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he will now issue his observations on the petition from pensioners from Nottingham, North constituency presented to the House on 28 March.

As we have made clear to the House on a number of occasions, we do not consider that there is a good case for providing free or concessionary television licences for all pensioners.
