§ Mr. John PattenThere were two cases before the Crown court at Reading on 25 February. The number of other cases outstanding is not available from records of 449W court proceedings held centrally. The Crown Prosecution Service has now appealed against the decision given on 25 February, and it would not be appropriate for me to make any further statement.
