§ Mr. RentonA circular instruction has been sent to governors of all prison service establishments with supplies of the free information leaflet "Your Right to British Citizenship", and posters to display to draw the attention of all inmates to the leaflet. An article about the ending this year of certain rights to register as a British citizen has appeared in the October issue of the NHS "Management Bulletin".
