Mr. Foulkes

asked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs what action he proposes to take regarding the pension and other rights of Mr. Terence Donegan, the former Attorney-General of the Turks and Caicos Islands, following his deportation from the islands.

Mr. Terence Donegan was employed by the Government of the Turks and Caicos Islands on non-pensionable terms. He has no pension or other outstanding financial entitlements due from Her Majesty's Government as a result of this service.
