§ Mr. Dalyellasked the Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster if he will make a statement on his Department's examination of the case of Mr. Ben Banerjee in relation to the export of arms to Iran.
§ Mr. Alan ClarkI am not aware there has been any breach of United Kingdom Government export control regulations by Mr. Banerjee and therefore no examination is taking place.
