§ Sir Geoffrey HoweImplementation of the Sino-British joint declaration on Hong Kong is proceeding well. Both sides are working closely together to implement its provisions fully and faithfully. The next meeting of the Sino-British joint liaison group will take place in Peking from 10 to 13 November.
