§ Mrs. CurrieThe cervical cytology call and recall scheme operated by Barnet family practitioner committee was brought into operation in January 1986. The scheme, which is computerised, initially covered women between the ages of 35 and 65 who were registered with a GP: it was extended in July 1987 to cover women over the age of 20.
