§ Mr. ScottIndividual local authorities in England will not be allocated particular sums of money specifically for the purpose of implementing the provisions of the Disabled Persons (Services, Consultation and Representation) Act 1986 but account of the costs will be taken in determining planned figures for personal social services spending nationally.
