§ Mr. WaldegraveWe have no plans at this stage to extend the scope of leasehold enfranchisement for houses, but I propose to issue shortly a consultation paper on the implications for the Leasehold Reform Act 1967 and other landlord and tenant legislation of the proposed abolition of domestic rates.
